its like gospel but more intense and out there it's awesome
the brave girls mini is probably my favOrite this year so far, its so great
but the gfriend mini is quite good too, definitely my favorite of theirs don't skip it
they were a bit of a buzz band a few years ago.
either way they are an amazing group. did a lot in order to get teenagers listening to drone!
once you delve past weighing souls with sand, you can start to appreciate the soundscapes they created.
i feel like the vocalist is the same guy who was the vocalist in this much more obscure band called Atooishinjuu that made like experimental emo noise rock...
youtube.com
they sound really similar to me
yeah Irresistible Bliss was actually the first album i ever really listened to as a kid. I remember listening to Super Bon Bon and asking my mom who the band was (the first time i sought out a band). Soul Coughing was my first favorite band and the first band that i knew all the names of everyone in the band.
not the first music i ever liked though, that would be System of a Down when i was like 6 and my dad was playing it in his car. Needles was the song that first made me want to write songs.
Hitorie is like japanese mathy rock, super upbeat and pretty accessible youtube.com
drome triler is pretty wild. idk if i would compare it to Gospel though
that is so good album.
martial canterel
Thanks mate, i been meaning to check this out
You were pretty accurate aside from the being a girl part

I'm DJ-ing this weekend. Any tips?
It's a rock'n'roll-club, but I want people to dance as well. Especially the last two hours or so.
Thanks. This fits with a lot of the other stuff I'm thinking of
Thank You Scientist! been into them since high school. saw them live a little while ago and it was tight, even though the vocalist was sick
