Only way he marries Sansa is if Dany accepts he's her nephew and family and can trust him in marrying Sansa to bring together the Houses Targaryen and Stark.

Even then there had better be better buildup like what George wanted between Arya and Jon in the original draft, so that marriage and bedding isn't awkward.
