it wasn't technically down. OP is probably just referring to the maintainence they've been doing on it the last week. It took some boards offline and on other boards users were unable to comment. All the state boards appear to be back up and running

I have the "ssl everywhere" add-on, which forces https for it.
Disabling it seems to work.
