I liked it better. Not sure how much was the cut being better and how much was my expectations being lower upon rewatching.
The dreams could work as memories of broken bits of alternate timeline, and... Lex actually seems okay once you acknowledge he isn't Lex.
But the Martha thing was still shit, the reason behind Batman and Superman fighting was still shit, and Superman not giving Diana the spear was still shit.
In conclusion, slightly less shitty shit.
