White privilege isn't a concept that all white people are privileged, but that in a specific society (american) whites have privileges due to their skin color.
Privilege always exists in relation to other people, so the idea could also be related as "non whites have it worse in (american) society".
The idea isn't that the government system in place treats non-whites unfairly or that non-whites 'din do nuffin' to deserve it.
A black man could face presumptions based on what other blacks do, a white man can face the same. But those two people will be presumed to be different solely based on skin.
Those presumptions are reasonable statistically, but that doesn't make them fair to the individual. It also doesn't imply whites are to fault, minorities could grant whites the privilege in the same way. In fact I'd bet on a cultural level they work more towards white privilege than whites do.
All this without actually accounting to documented instances of racism in american society like legislation trying to target nonwhites indirectly.

Yes, but the classification of Eastern Europe used in this thread is based on economics, not culture, history or politics. This is why it include Greece - they're poor. I think it should include the Mezzogiorno aswell.
