1. Curitiba

2.
Blacks proper are uncommon, mainly Haitians. Mulattoes are common.
Gypsies are uncommon, but easily visible because they hang around downtown reading hands.
Memes apart, the majority of our population is white. And yeah, you can find both Mediterranean-looking and N.European-looking folks here.
We got some Arabs, but most of them come from Lebanon Christians, so hijab and the likes are really rare and people WILL point them out. In Foz do Iguaçu you can see sometimes a hijab or a shmag, but never a dishdashah and you can be bloody sure you won't find a burqa.
Ditto for Orthodox Jews. I've only met ONE person from Jewish religion through my whole life, and two people from a Jewish family. (One of them is a Catholic zealot)
Asians are less common than mulattoes, but still common. Enter a bar downtown and you'll be probably greeted by a Chinese person, and we got some Japanese mestizos from the countryside.
I've met a single Indian guy in my whole life. Not in my city, and he didn't use a turban.

>latinos
As "cultural group from Latin America"? Well, duh, this is a Latin American city.
As "Amerindian-white mestizo"? I believe they're a bit more common than mulattoes, specially coming from the northern Paraná's countryside.

>Wasilla, Alaska

Damn sounds legit. How often do you go to Anchorage?

Every single day:
blacks
gypsies
whites
women in hijab
Asians

Every week:
Latinos/as
women in burka/niqab
arabs in shmagh and dishdasha
orthodox Jews

Every month or so:
Indians in turbans. I used to have a sikh in my class, but that's a long time ago. You'll see them occasionally, but I don't leave the house much.

Lived there for the first 17 years of my life (22 currently). I gotta commute there once a week for university classes or if I wanna go see a friend, so it's not bad. It's there you will see all the non-whites, but even then, it's not that bad.
