Why don't Americans love cheese?
In Western Europe it's a tradition to eat cheese at least 5 times a week.

>Why don't Americans love cheese?
They do. They risk their lives for your average British hard cheese.
...
We like bleu cheese with buffalo sauce
And cheeseburgers
And nacho cheese
and pizza cheese
and Philly cheesesteaks
It's good cheese. Much better than the French. Stinky doesn't mean it's better.
Asiago>any other type of cheese.
We love cheese like substances. But not real cheese.

Eat cheese five times a day on proper bread (aka not baguette but pain de campagne au levain), drinking red wine, wearing a beret and a marinière while listening to this music youtube.com
>DÉDICACE À MON GRAND PÈRE RENÉ
I can smell the parfumery in the drug store till here.
Go fucking take a shower already.
Sacré René.
LITERALY nothing wrong with mold
>baguette is not proper french bread
My whole life has been a lie and this is the first stone that starts the avalanche.
A fresh baguette is excellent it I think it goes very well with fresh cheeses like goat but I prefer a big loaf of "campagne" bread with the rest
Baguette only dates back to the after world war two, traditionally we eat big bread which you can preserve for a week and a half, contrarly to baguette which goes hard as a brick after a day.
...
I have to command France for their fromage à la crème -If that's even how you say it. I cannot imagine the kind of "life" someone could have without cheese.
yeah but baguette is so fucking good
no sogginess whatsoever, unlike larger loaves of bread
Thread needs more cheese maps. Thank you
call me a faggot if you want but my favorite cheese is camembert
give this guy a french citizenship
>tfw I can't stand soft cheeses
>tfw I can't stand blue cheeses
>tfw I can't stand the "crust" of cheeses

And they still say French cuisine is just refined stuff
don't people eat it with sausages too?
Yeah it's the most common thing to go with aligot
I usually eat just the aligot tho, it's too addictive to stop to eat a sausage

Eating rotten herring is the problem.
Pickled herring is normal, bit strong for breakfast but pretty nice.
Slovak citizenship you shitlord, bryndza is ours, Poles only have road salt antibiotic chicken, and it is spelled "Oštiepok" not "Oscypek" ;)
> doesn't like casu marzu
Americans love cheese. Most grocery stores have many kinds.
Over the holidays I had a goat cheese that had cinnamon cranberries on it. So good.
We can't get French cheeses due to milk laws.
Velveeta is motor oil and wax dyed yellow.
Baguette is very "Parisian" and associated with towns and cities.
You can only eat it fresh as it goes stale in less than a day.
My grand parents lived in the countryside (not a village) and they had a big 1.5kg (~5lbs) campaign bread made to last several days delivered to them twice a week.
Baguette also is more expensive on average, so for the traditional peasant family it was better to guy huge loaves of bread.
Fuck off, it's a very unorthodox cheese from Sardinia that's all. Italian cheese is absolutely base.
my favourite cheese, glad to see this was posted
