Rules for war:
>War only starts once all territory is taken
>Dubs, Trips, and Quads take territory
>Only adjacent colors may take territory
>Must call which color you want to take which other color (Red-Blue)
>You may call two colors(Red-Blue+Yellow)

To win:
>There must be less than 4 colors
>A color must control 2/3 tiles or more

Merging Two Colors:
>A total of 4 votes (dubs) must be met to merge two territories democratically AND the general consensus of all those who fight for that color

Alliances:
>Alliances will not be recognized by the gamemaster, and are entirely up to the players to follow
