IYRTITL was a Drake mixtape, More Life is called a playlist because it will have songs by all OVO artists, not just Drake songs.

It's a Drake album, it might've originally been an OVO project but it's clearly changed a lot since he announced it in October.

He said it was a Drake album in the interview with Coach Cal and the one with Semtex. Said he wanted it to be like an OVO Sound episode but where every song was a new Drake song.

I'm sure the original More Life draft didn't even have the UK Roadman vibe judging from the original "singles".
