BTW, Russia found out what happened with that failed Progress launch in December--a turbopump disintegrated due to loose debris. They also took apart a batch of Proton engines and found a bunch of defects, either deficient metalworking or use of unsuitable alloys, and falsified factory papers. The guy in charge of the Voronezh plant where the engines are manufactured resigned.
