They're probably not, but I also doubt there have been many that are better. Nothing I've seen has been worth 10/10, 9/10 or 8/10.
Also, when we get into awards season I guess some better films might rear their heads.

My last 9 gave to a movie was in 2012 (The Master).
Last year I rated 8 only 3 movies.

It's not my fault 2016 is poor so far.
My 8/10 for Civil War it's because it was entertaining.
Probably, when I will have forgotten everything about that movie, I might revisit it and rate it lower.

i dont think there is a movie out this year that was really good. i kind of liked civil war because nigger lover iron man was btfo. london has fallen was alright also because gerard bulter rekt all the muslims. gods of egypt was stupid but alright for one watch.

Well last year I gave zero films a 10/10, one film a 9/10, which was The Hateful Eight, and four films 8/10, which were Inside Out, Bridge of Spies, Kingsman and The Martian.
forgot Green Room - 3/10 and The Witch - 6/10 if you'll count them into 2016

I don't generally rate straight-to-dvd cuts of films but that's just me.
The UE of BvS is definitely better but whenever I rate the film online it'll be with the theatrical version in mind.
I haven't seen much new stuff this year but i really liked A Bigger Splash and The Lobster.
Green Room and Hush were both disappointing. The Invitation was alright.

I just rate whatever version I watch and it's usually the longest version
I'm not. I thought The Hateful Eight was beautiful both visually and audibly, with fantastic performances and suspenseful direction.
My only real issue was that big black cock scene which was just gratuitous nonsense.
Nice to see no one has mentioned "A Lullaby to the Sorrowful Mystery" or "Things to Come", this place really is pleb central nowadays.

Those films are regarded as good by most, not just children or gamers.
