So we can all agree this is pure kino right?

So we can all agree this is pure kino right?

Also, any predictions for season 3? We know it's set in Australia and that's about it

Kevin is going full prophet mode

It's kino alright. It could be the goat we have to see how it plays out

>kino
kill yourself

Is there something you want to talk about besides pointlessly predicting the next season?

Theories on shit

Yup, it's a kino

I heard it'll be half in Jarden and half in Australia.

wild theory:
I think everyone but the GR will depart and then they all start killing themselves.

Kevin and his family and friends all live on the hotel.

more realistic theory:

I agree with Not sure what the GR's endgame is. I hope Patty comes back.

Literally no reason for Patty to come back

I theorize that you are cunt.

Not really, I was just scrolling the main page, saw your post and decided to be a dick.

What's this show about?

season 2 had way too many niggers

yeah I know, just wishful thinking.

just from a fan standpoint haha. I'm gonna miss the Patty/Kevin dynamic.

I'm assuming there will be a similar flashback opening like in season 2 about Australia.

THAAAANK ILL JUST LET THE MYSTERY BEEEEEEEEEE

THAAAANK ILL JUST LET THE MYSTERY BEEEEEEEEEE

THAAAANK ILL JUST LET THE MYSTERY BEEEEEE

Best if you just watch it without knowing anything about it

deepest lore references if we're lucky

They were cool Christian negroes though.

Loss, grief, how humans deal with this and agnosticism.

Did the black paedophile want to murder Kevin or was he planning on bringing him back to life by burying him, but didn't tell Kevin because that is just one step too hard to make someone believe?

Best ongoing show imho

Though I really hated the GR story at the end in S2. How the fuck did Meg all of a sudden get so much power within the organization and how in the fuck did they convince 3 well-off girls to join their depressing ass cult? I know the show doesn't like exposition but the lack of explanation for that whole plot made the last 2 episodes of S2 feel mediocre.

Season 3 feels like it will go away from that tho. Probably more about Kevin's new Jesus powers

>hates the idea of miracles
>chooses to live in the one place on earth where a miracle happened

What the fuck was his problem?

Interesting, I'll give it a tumble.

Thanks.

A miracle didn't happen

Met was the most militant member of the GR. So she attracted likeminded members of them to her cause

Also she was willing to do things others wouldn't, like fight back.

The girls were just easily manipulated teenagers

I'd say watch the first three episodes and if you like those, watch the rest.

It's a statistical impossibility that none of the people in Jarden departed. It'd as much a miracle as the dissapearance itself

if only that faggot kevin had taken up the governments offer to gas the cultists so much trouble would have been avoided

Is it really that inconceivable to you that they could convince some teenagers to rebel?

You're wrong

Anyone else find it weird that neither Kevin or his ex wife ever seemed to talk about the departance of their unborn child?

What is there to talk about?

Oh joy
An entire season of complete shitposting, wars with birds and fuck off we're full.

Australians have already destroyed my favourite boards here and now want to destroy my favourite show

I hate them all so very very much

It's also a statistical impossibly that so many people would vanish in a day.

It's the theme of the show regurgitating itself: sometimes something happens that there is no explanation for and you will never know why.

Well, I suck at math so I leave it up to these guys to convince you

reddit.com/r/TheLeftovers/comments/3vaysd/the_math_behind_jarden/?

There's a difference between rebelling and getting teenagers to throw away their material life and family because some looneys told you to.

"Hey, is this why you joined the GR?" For one

I mean, he kinda seemed convinced it was because he cheated on her....

Does Kevin even know?

I think it's safe to assume they all had family issues considering all their dads regularly meet up to burn down houses of people they don't like

It says in the post that it assumes that the departures were random. Preposterous assumption

Agreed on Meg. They did a good job of portraying her as a loose cannon in the first season so she probably attracted more of the radical types in GR.

There are no miracles in Miracle senpai

If the departures weren't random, then that just proves Jarden is a miracle. Since the entire place was spared unlike anywhere else

She's also just a coke fiend

If I make a choice to bomb every major city in the USA except one is it a miracle or considered decision?

If the departures were chosen and Jarden was spared that's a miracle

It makes me sad they won't be able to top that intro song in this last season

She never told him brah

Bump

Np. Hope you like it, the second half of season 1 is the greatest piece of television I've ever seen. Don't know why people say s2 is better.

>Don't know why people say s2 is better.
Because they have been fooled by the leftism meme.

A miracle just means divine intervention.

Explain.

Loving the taste of negro dick being crammed down your throat is a leftist trait.

Ah, I see.

A cute teen girl gets blacked

That was the biggest offense, but really every time a member of that black family was onscreen the white viewing audience was being cucked.

It's so disgusting since Leftovers season 1 was so untouched by multicult shit, the whiteness of s1 played no small part in it being such pure kino imo. And now you ruin all of that by tarnishing it with a race that would never even be equipped to view kino.

Maybe cucking the show was the compromize that needed to be made for the show to continue after the jews were displeased with the s1 performance.

Season was amazing. It's fucked up the two teens add nothing to the story so they're whole blacked arc adds fucking nothing to the story other than everyone pretending it's normal

>I N T E R N A T I O N A L A S S A S S I N

Never going to get tired of proclaiming what fine hour of pure tvkino this was.
I can't fucking wait for season 3.

It was saved by the dreamkino but overall a step down from s1. No black could ever understand the emotions of The Leftovers, much less actually convey them onscreen.

I ignored this series under the impression it was shit. To be honest I didn't even realize it was still on the air.

Am I missing out?

It is the BvS: DoJ of television. A joke to plebes. Absolute kino to those sophisticated about the medium.

I thought season 2 was better
I'm white

This.

My wife's son thought it was better too.

What did he mean by this?

agreed
im also white but fucked a black girl once

It is at the very least a fun watch.

So why did everyone disappear? have they revealed yet?

It would probably be the worst idea for them to do that.

it will never be revealed

What the fuck did they bother to make you interested then?

The show isn't about the departed, it's about the leftovers ;^)

The whole point is watching people cope with an unknowable disaster. See the opening of season 2 again and you'll understand why any explanation would seem banal or stupid because of how little we could really understand

I can't tell if you actually though this was funny enough to be worth posting, or actually believe it and your entire worldview is shaped by memes

>write LOST
>dude lets not explain anything and say its all about the journey lmao
>write leftovers
>dude just let the mystery be lmao

Confirmed for having never done cocaine. It doesn't affect your personality.

>Confirmed for having never done cocaine
you got me

Fuck you

That's lame as fuck. I thought this was a cool mystery about cults and The Holy Wayne

Should I drop it now?

its a character study so if you don't like those then bail. tho S3 might be digging in to weird powers like the holy wayne stuff

Probably

the whole show is filled with jewery

>pure kino
You best be joking nigger
This show is fucking awful. It feels like some asshole watched LOST and tried to one up the EVERYTHING MEANS SOMETHING bullshit from that show.

Everything means nothing senpai

>your entire worldview is shaped by memes
Actually they're facts. Sorry if they conflict with your emotions.

It's a fact that season 1 was good because there were no black people?

The lack of black people factually contributed to the high quality.

I've only see the first two episodes, should I keep watching? I've never seen Lost.

Third episode is where season 1 starts to get really good

Liar. If you had once you'd want to many times again.

I have to assume you thread starters are trolling. This show is absolute garbage. I made it to episode 6 before giving up...it is HBO after all, so why not give it a chance.

I can't recall if he was still in prison when the departure happened. Regardless, his family lived in Jarden prior to the departure. Why would he move?

Why'd you give up?

Back to GoT for you kiddo
