Before they let Trans people transition on the NHS, we have to do a minimal 3 months of therapy. You literally have to put on a smile and convince some random doctor that you are who you say you are.
I've been having to do that with my therapists, it sucks so much.
It's like; "I know who I am, I don't need soomeone with a PHD to tell me who I am again".
