Lol nope. Ultimatum was the best, although it was definitely an action movie and no longer a thriller/suspense spy film that Identity and Supremacy were.
I think Bourne 5 is gonna be good, but it won't be as good as Identity or Ultimatum, it's just got the feel of it from the trailer, plus it's been almost a decade since they made the last one.
I think once 5 comes out it will be:
Ultimatum>Identity>Jason Bourne>Supremacy>Legacy
