A while back I used to enjoy it alot and have fun but now I came back to it and ranked is fucking stressful full of trolls, and losing is not fun
I want to enjoy the game more but I can't, any tip

Get good at the game... Play ESEA, DM for like 3 hours a day. Play retakes and execute servers. If you are a shit rank that's no ones fault but your own.

Start hacking tbh. I was in the same situation and then got in contact with a hacker and he linked me some 10/10 cheats. Enjoyed the game a hell of a lot more afterwards.
