How much money we talkin?

pasta with any kind of pesto or tomato sauce, simple.

If I'm low on cash, i eat spaghetti. 2 boxes of noodles and 2 jars of whatever sauce is on sale, is like 5 bucks. Enough to eat for at least a week.

Anyways
>You can get a shit ton of dry beans for real cheap, just re-hydrate and eat! There are tons of things you can make with them as well.

I make stir fry using rice and vegetables just drop anything that seasons it a bit like soy sauce

Haluski.

>One onion
>One cabbage
>two bags of egg noodles
>one stick of butter

In a giant pot on low to medium heat, fry the chopped onion and cabbage in butter. Mix between stirring and allowing them to sit with the lid on.

Boil water and place in the noodles until they are ready.

When the vegetables start to soften and turn brown, strain the noodles and dump them into the pot. Mix thoroughly. Add salt and pepper for taste.

There you go: less than $10 and enough leftovers for a week.

Just get three colors in the meal and it will always be good.

Holy shit, that looks fuckin good, user

eggs
pancakes
spaghetti

pretty good are Miso soup packs (3 for about 3 dollars), some rice noodles also like 3 dollars for a pack, and a cheap cut of beef.
Tenderize the meat well (or it'll be like eating a belt) then pan fry with soy sauce marinade. serve 1/3 the meat with the noodles and miso soup bowl. per meal cost is around 4dollars and its good eating.
Alternately spaghetti is pretty much the ultimate eat cheap food. you can get about 8 servings out of 12dollars spent.

chicken breasts/thighs when they are on sale for 1.99/lb

Thread's not gonna be up when I actually make it later, but chilli salad. You literally heat up a can of chilli and pour it over a bunch of lettuce in a bowl.

less then 2€ for 3 portions.
my choice at end of the month

Neither does spaghetti, but people still eat it as a meal.

OP a broke nigga, he can't be picky

sounds legit, id add taco seasoning and tortilla strips. maybe some tomatos.

> 2 sliced chicken thighs per person
> 2 spring onions per person
> 1 1/2 brick of egg noodles per person
> 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cheapest honey you can find per person
> 5 tablespoons of dark soy sauce per person
> tsp thyme
> cayenne pepper, as much or little as you like
> oil
> 15 grams ginger, thinly sliced or grated

mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger, thyme and sliced spring onions in a bowl. put 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a bowl with the cayenne pepper and coat the chicken. fry it on a high heat until it's browning on all sides, throw in half of the soy dressing and a little water, turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 5 minutes. do the noodles at the same time as the chicken, once both are ready mix together with the remaining dressing

costs like $3 - $4 per person depending on what price you get the thighs for, tastes fucking glorious and can be reheated easy

Butter is protein to a Finn

Peanut butter, red onions and jizz is good?

If you're a poorfag, invest in a crockpot. Seriously, you can make all sorts of banging meals that could cover a week or more for just a handful of bucks.

Eg: get a $10 pack of chicken, $3 of BBQ sauce and dump it all in. Add whatever seasoning if you want. Let it cook ~4 hours, shred it up with some forks or something, and you got over a weeks worth of BBQ chicken.

Spend a couple days making all sorts of shit in crockpots, look up reciepes, and you can have a month or two worth of food in your freezer, easy to heat and eat for $30-50.

You can even use it to make cheap breakfast for you to wake up to. Oatmeal, some fruit, set to low, go to bed, wake up to a hot meal.

Crockpots turn poorfags into feasting royalty.

Good thread OP

Im in need of some budget meals. Want to try and make 30.00-40 last a week. Is it even possible?

Telling you, man, slow cookers are where it's at. Little bit goes a long way as flavors just all strew together, and combining with the basics, some bread, tortillas, pasta, whatever the fuck, and you have tons of variety for cheap.

not even lying this. Invest in a slow cooker and you'll have meals for at least a week. They're not super expensive and you'll save a ton on convenience food.

blood semen and earwax, even better
