My personal favorite is Baker Has a Deathwish. I've seen it 1000s of times. But I grew up riding Baker and loving Deathwish.

Someone mentioned Round 3 that one's great. And Now by Transworld is great.

Bag of Suck is probably the most fun because enjoi knows how to rip and have a great time doing it.

And yes Fully Flared is amazing simply for the amount of production value it has. It's almost all in HD cam and looks stupendous.
I've actually never disliked a skate video but there are some that are better than others.
