Now the old drummer plays guitar instead and the old guitarist plays drums lol, very talented people

How do I make a chart?

Create a last.fm account, scrobble to it with your favorite music player during the week, then go to tapmusic.net and it will make a chart for you automatically when you enter your username

I'm guessing you dont have last.fm though, then you can go to collage.topsters.net/ , choose your size, then enter the albums you've listened to the most during the latest week / month / whatever
