Okay is a pretty big word.
It's a lot easier then you think! You just need a program like bitTorrent, Utorrent or Bitconnect. all of these are good torrent software.
Next you just need to look up what you want to torrent (easy af). Download it if you get a file like in the picture then you good! click it, and the torrent will start to download (sometimes it fails because of a bad server connection or something). If you get any kind of exe don't touch it.
