...

>implying OP is from the USA, where people simply throw PCs away, put cement in their car engine to disable it for govt programs, forget millions of $ of used stuff in storages, etc etc.

Buy a soldering gun. Spend anything left over on one part elemental copper and two parts elemental silicon.

I leave the rest to you

at that kinda price range, shit like amazon/ebay/craigslist, or *Pi

You need more bread

would this work?

You can't build a new pc for $50

What you CAN do though is get an off-lease / retired PC from an office in your town, probably can score a core 2 duo with all the essentials for $50

>buy a shit ton of straws
>look up how electrical circuits work
>do the same thing but with water
>computer will be fragile and slow as shit but will probably work
>can't connect it to a monitor though, probably only useful for simple calculations

you can get way better than that for free.

just been throwing away several HP Servers with dual xeon 8core with 140gigs of ram + SAS disks raid..

you can get decent systems for free when connecting to businesses.

Of course what else are you posting from user?

i was just thinking that static might be a problem

buy 2 blueberry pies - done and you got 2 PC for 50 bucks

Get old dual xenon server mobo with a R9 450 gfx card second hand.

Nah its fine just stick it in an anti static bag and never use bluetooth. Never

just ask a local buisness if they have old PCs in storage they dont need anymore

they are usualy shit but you wont get anything hot for 50 bucks anyway

used computers is where you should shop, bought my mom an i3 with 8GB Ram für 80 Euros via Ebay.

What companies change their servers often?
Where is it best to ask? im looking for a sweet NAS rig with ec RAM
