It's called Vendetta Online, and it's old. Free on Mobile, but much easier to play on PC.
There's 3 main factions to choose from: UIT (Yellow), Serco (Red) or Itani (Blue). Pirates play in Grey Space. PvP is allowed ANYWHERE.

You choose your purpose: Asteroid Mining, PvP, Military, Pirating, Trading, Manufacting, Capturing Conquerable Space Stations with Guildmates, ect ect

It is fun, you can wait by wormholes for traveling traders. If they dont have the amount of credits you demand, just blow them up and take their cargo
