really bothers me aswell this. I take shoes off as I enter my house. the carpet cost quite a bit
Britbong here. My sister sometimes leaves her shoes on when putting her feet up on the sofa. Drives me up the wall.
More of a white trash thing probably
I hope
It's a tv stuido, bro
why do you even wear shoes indoors??
i take 6pm naps in my bed with my shoes on. i don't give a fuck
how you get comfy with shoes on I have zero clue. I can only imagine you keep them on because you can't take them off
be really tired because of 12-hour workday, but you wouldn't know how that feels.
Americans never ask guests to take off their shoes, and will keep their own shoes on if they are just stopping by the house. Flip flops and such when you're spending time at home. Only a degenerate will rest his shoes on the couch.
We have no carpet downstairs, and own a dog. So shoes left on around the kitchen/lounge isn't a big deal. Just don't wear them upstairs.
I usually wear slippers around, socks pick up way too much hair and stuff.
Am i supposed to be impressed by your work ethic when you can't even take off the dirty clothes, AND SHOES, you have been wearing all day before going to be?
No reason not to. I want to be ready for anything at any time.
f-fuck you man
You'd think shoes inside and on the furniture would be a small issue compared to you driving your car inside.
correct I work much less hours and earn more, if only you knew how that feels.
>characters are eating breakfast
>already have their shoes on
So?
People in American cities do not piss and shit on the sidewalks and streets and we do not parade farm animals through city streets so our shoes are not dirty with human or animal detritus.
Eurocucks don't own cars, they wouldn't know.
Seinfeld talks about how he got tired of eating in scenes, so he would always just hold the food. So, safe to assume he's not taking his shoes on and off for the same reason.
it's not normal, just something for le quirky characters to do to broadcast their le quirkiness to the audience
Personally, I feel uncomfortable if I'm not wearing shoes.
You know what is also annoying? How their shoes soles are always in mint condition.
>Europeans don't have paved roads and sidewalks
>walk through miles of cow shit and open sewage
>can't conceive of why Americans leave clean shoes on their feet
It's actually more common that you might think
>it's the burgers being lazy fat asses who can't physically take of their shoes after the store clerk put them on for them so they try to make pathetic excuses for it episode
I live in a converted garage.
>sofa
>not chesterfield
>character brushes his teeth
>goes to bed
>wakes up
>brushes his teeth
>eats breakfast
umm, that's normal?
I know people IRL who brush their teeth BEFORE breakfast. Like what's the point nigga?
Maybe but it doesn't make a sense. I live by what's practical, not by what is seen "normal" by morons.
