I usually love Burr and his rambling, and a lot of the advice he gives is really solid and down-to-Earth, but I listened to this and hated every second of it. For all that shit he spews about corporations having more influence on people and the government than they should have any right to, he's still berating some guy for not buying into the relatively recent diamond custom of buying diamond rings. Some Dutch fucks find some shiny rocks and pretend they're more valuable than they are and suddenly I need to spend 20,000 on that shit? Unless she was born in April I wouldn't propose with anything diamond, and even then it'd be a struggle, just because of the amazing lack of ethics that go into diamond trafficking.
