What made this album so special that nothing could top it off?

what made this album so special that nothing could top it off?

Like a lot of early shit bands put out, the songs are all individually crafted. They cited Tool as an inspiration and as Tool themselves have said in the past their main philosophy was making music that sounded good to them.

Maybe Pendulum lost their direction or ran out of good ideas.

>band

How about you say something of some substance rather than getting hung up on semantics.

I don't know. How can other albums compete?

Quite literally the only thing Rob Swire was ever involved in that's any good.

Well that and Pendulum's earlier singles

Vault and Spiral are still some of Pendulum's best

nah, Knife Party is solid too

willy wonka sample

I like it but it did not age well.

>Pendulum
>good

Nice edge bro, this album is among the best electronic releases of all time

Nah early Pendulum is alright, the shit they released after HYC is awful though

Step aside.

kek

'no'

What if I like In Silico more?

it was just rly good throughout

plasticworld is still my fuckin jam

i do quite like in silico nostalgically too but i understand why it's so hated, it's pretty trashy kek

dunno what the fuck he was going for with immersion, what a mess.

THIS ALBUM IS UNBEARABLY LOUD THROUGH HEADPHONES

Entry level drum and bass.
>Listens to Pendulum once now I'm a "raver".

Spiral is a fucking brilliant tune.
Old Pendulum was good before they went pop and bass.

This. Pendulum works good as bridge to proper d&b.
