I think you've been watching a different show to the one they made, user. S1 is all "haha incompetent Russkies, they can't beat us Muricans." S2 literally ends with "Just as well America is safe, Europe needs the kind of saving only America can do!"
This being said, if you can put up with that and either don't know enough about science to see through the retardation every time they talk about biology or can turn your brain off when they do it's not too bad. Worst-case scenario is that you've got Rhona Mitra to look at. Brigit Reagan now too.
