I've been into horror comedies lately (mostly because someone I'm taking care of hates true horror), here's what I've watched so far:
>What We Do In The Shadows >Braindead (Dead Alive) >Tucker and Dale vs Evil >Cabin in the Woods >Shaun of the Dead >Housebound >The Final Girls >Cooties >Zombieland >Fido >Bad Milo >Scary Movie 1/2/3 >random "horror for kids" films, like Goosebumps, Gremlins, Hocus Pocus and Ernest Scared Stupid
Someone also recommended me Freaks of Nature and Deathgasm, so they are on my backlog, but I'm running out of stuff to see, any recommendations?

Human Centipede 3 was pretty funny.

This.
An American Werewolf in London is another classic, but don't bother with its sequel.

Check out Murder Party. Watched it the other day after checking out the director's previous work (Blue Ruin/Green Room), and while it's clearly a very low budget production it's one of the best times I've had in a horror/black comedy film in a long time. Super fun, and would be great in any Halloween party marathon.
Avoid the trailer though, because it spoils far too much.

Evil dead Evil dead 2
The first one is more a straight up horror movie but its so ridiculous that its funny Evil dead 2 is just bonkers comedy throughout

Seed isn't the worst if your just looking for a few dumb kinda funny moments but put it far down your list and defiantly watch Bride first.

>Ravenous It's set in a fort in the 1840's western frontier, a rarely used setting. It's obviously about cannibalism, with a bit of wendigo mythology thrown in. Guy Pearce and Robert Carlyle are pretty good in it, hamming it up with glee. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ravenous

Sisters and Carrie. De Palma has an underrated sense of humor. Phantom of the Paradise too if it counts as horror.
