>"Atonement" is a three-way ambient split based on the idea of mortality, death and funeral. Each of us created an epic relying on these themes trying to provide the emotions that surround these dark days which haunts us all.

idk who to give feedback to but if you reply to this post i'll try at least?
ffs 5 and 9, not 6 and 9
I wish it has a ton more of structure. It's way too brief for me.
What a twisted fucking thing. I love it! The structures are great, the environment is fantastic and the vistas presented are quite intriguing too.
Not 5 dollars tho, sorry.
(my stuff wink wink: )
>Not 5 dollars tho, sorry.
:^) that's why I put codes so you can get it for free duh
But thanks very much!
>that's why I put codes so you can get it for free duh
Yeah, I know. But still I don't feel that 5 dollars justifies this purchase; that's what I've meant. I'll probably get it either way so...
>"working on it for 8 months"
>releases boring shit album
is dave memeland the J U S T of the year?
(also am checking your stuff out)
>But still I don't feel that 5 dollars justifies this purchase
Fair. I mean, it's Canadian dollars so it's basically monopoly money but I get ya. I spent more time on it than my other stuff, so I wanted to put some price on it. Considering it is only digital I didn't want the price to be too high, so your comments considered I may lower it.
I'm more than comfortable handing it out for free, too, so yeah.
Price is more of just a formality because of the work I put into it. All my other stuff is free.

Holy shit, am I the blind fag? Sorry, yeah, now I saw that. I don't know why I though it was US dollars lol. Sorry for that. And yeah, I see your point.

I was feeling especially productive so I busted ass tonight and got 4 or 5 tracks recorded for the next album, some noisy shoegazey stuff and some drone metal type stuff as well as one straight up noise track, so hopefully with some tweaking and a few listens to make sure it's alright I'll be able to release the next album in a few days

Look, I feel like I've completed this track and yes it is lo-fi but that is sort of the point of the track.
Courtney Love killed Kurt Cobain and I am Vlad Dracula resurrected in this mutated form of the Beast of Omniscient Iniquity.

You ripped this track from 90s Castlevania games, didn't you?
>I am Vlad Dracula resurrected in this mutated form of the Beast of Omniscient Iniquity.
Not sure if trolling or delusional
I was born in 1997, I haven't even played Castlevania and I hate platform games.
>hate platformers
You like FPS, don't you? Also shit taste my dude, platformers are good.
I'm a PC gamer, I play pre-Halo FPS games, I like dungeon crawl games from the 90s, I never got into platform games. I like RTS, 3rd and FPS.
Play Cave Story or Shovel Knight then.
Those are probably some of the best platformers ever.
the only fps game i play is csgo
Caught your stuff in an earlier thread that died and didn't get to comment. Just curious how you go about both recording and editing your work, I liked the sound but felt there was some crunch missing, but agree that the use of varying tones etc is nice on the noise walls. Do you edit and cut much from improvised recordings or?

Still trying to find a sound, this release relies too much on delay however I had just added a Delay to my set up and was happy after hearing the recordings so decided to do a small release with them. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Other rec:
progression across tracks i listened to were nice and didn't get tired at all. Insomniac Sleep is killer towards the end of the track.
This. This is a great example of what I wish I could do. A sweet blend of dark ambient/noise/ minimal. I like it.
Shit I need sleep, I don't know why the columaris link re-appeared ignore that

> Influenced by Spiritualized, Cursive, Sunny Day Real Estate, White Octave, Mojave 3. Sounds like none of the above?
"Submerged in a Raindrop" is cool. I wish it was longer. Cover art reminds me of Codeine's "Frigid Stars" album. You have great synth tones/sounds, though I find your Bandcamp description is off-puttingly pretentious.
I commented on this in the other thread but it died. What I wrote there: Really like the guitar tones, very soothing. Wasn't expecting the shift around 30 seconds into Helix. Musically this somewhat reminds me of The Guru. Not crazy about the lyrics/vocals; they work, they fit, just not my thing. Jumped to the second song -- love the instrumentation. That's where you guys shine, in my opinion. Also for what it's worth, I like the vocals more in this song. Keep it up!
Cool stuff, not quite my thing. I thought some songs went on a little too long, losing what made them compelling, but the instrumentation is pleasing.
