Oh man not really. I like to exercise, but actual sports aren't my cup of tea. I tried soccer when I was younger, but I didn't last very long; I was just too distracted by butterflies and would run away from the ball because I didn't want to be trampled by a bunch of kids. Sometimes I'll hit a tennis ball off of a building.
But I got into running and weights about a year ago. I wanted to increase my lung capacity and improve my mood and I found that exercising did wonders for both. I'm less of a sprinter and more of a sustainer; the fastest I can go is 6.4 mph.
