No.

This is not a 'legitimate question'
You are asking about two fictional characters from entirely different fictional universes with their own laws and realities
Take this cancer to Sup Forums where it belongs

But he is undead and made of magic. How can anyone beat that?

the will of the emperor, you filthy heretic

Space marines regularly kill things undead and made of magic.

Yeah okay, but how does this emperor guys will make the space marine unkillable? Robert Strong literally smushed a guys face into a wall with one hand like it was nothing.

you seem like such a fun person. i bet you just KILL it in social interactions.

Space Marines are far from unkillable. They get slaughtered all the time.

can't kill what's already dead

strong auto wins

>arguing about GoT characters vs 40k characters means you are good at socialising

look, just

stop

alright, just

no

1/10 b8

So then Robert Strong could win?

yeah, what this guy said.
warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Necrons

no, he is either shot with a bolter from range, which blows up in his chest gibbing him, or a chainblade rips though the shitty armor and chews him to death. iron sword wouldn't scratch ceramite, and a marines strength is much larger than his

He's like Nurgle's plague marines, except for the part of carrying plagues.
Nothing really out of the ordinary.

I guess it would depend. I mean Space Marines are genetically engineered monsters who wear a literal ton of armor and have bolt throwers and chainsaw swords.

Okay but Robert Strong already was stabbed in the chest and didnt flinch.

what about Azor Ahai/Jon?

he of course could beat a Space Marine, surely..

Fuck no, A space marine is at least 8 ft tall and genetically engineered to be many times stronger and faster than a normal human even the mountain is no match.

...

No.

The entire armies of Westeros could not defeat a single space marine.

are we talking space wolves, black templars, grey wardens, ultramarines?

Simple necromancy from a primitive culture. Space marines deal with much worse from the Warp.

I don't have the proper image to portray how bad this bait is

better comparison would be zombie mountain vs a 40k ork

...

Most people forget space marines can spit acid, but they can

>Robert Strong literally smushed a guys face into a wall with one hand like it was nothing.

And a Space Marine would do the same thing to Robert Strong. They are simply on another level.

warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Space_Marines

One Space Marine would probably have no problem finishing off Dany's dragons.

To put it another way: Iron Man would have a lot of trouble with a single Space Marine, if he could defeat him at all.

>a literal demi-god can't defeat a big guy in a metal suit

salty cause you know I'm right

The Marine wouldn't even need his weapons he could just crush any limb he got a hold of just by grabbing.

He would not even come close. Warhammer is the worst universe you could have picked to pit any of the GOT characters against because any of the magic advantages the characters will have will be easily negated by the Space Marines. That's kind of what they do.

Jon would perhaps be selected as a potential recruit, since he is still young enough.

I wanna run a Dark Heresy campaign with Inquisitor Azor Ahai

He would have trouble defeating an unarmed Space Marine initiate who is midway through his augmentations.

he would be the worst space marine ever. those guys are like captain america mixed with the mountain even without armor

i'd back the ork

Who cares

only hacks like W40k.

No. Space Marines aren't just big, they have superhuman strength.

And if he had power armor on nothing short of a .50 cal could take him down

Is there somewhere I can watch or read about wh lore without committing 5 hours?

i .50 cal would bounce off his skull, never even mind the power armour

No. They've been building lore for almost 30 years. There's a lot of it.

wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Main_Page

Robert Strong is a freakish sized man turned zombie.
A Space Marine is a Rob Liefeld drawing gone wrong. Anatomical neck is to Liefeld's fucked up idea to a neck, as Liefeld's neck is to every part of a Space Marine. Added to that their armor is powered.

start a thread on /tg/, they're a really welcoming community and loving sharing their hobby with outsiders.

Also remember to tell them that the video games are far better than the table top game.

he'd be dead before he knew what was happening

Let's assume the space marine is naked.

The answer is still no. The marine would be hurt bad, wounded severely at worst. But between his secondary ribcage, acid spit, heightened senses, superhuman strength and reflexes, healing factor and psyco indoctrination into a being whose life is combat, that Zombie in plate armour is fucked.

40K is stupid.

space marines are genetically altered super clones that are also like 7 feet tall, they have tons of "fail safe" organs like two hearts in case the other one gets fucked
they are the best mankind has to offer and are trained to never be ambushed no matter the terrain

if the spess was asleep?
no

Yeah, I forgot about their secondary and sometimes tertiary organs.

/tg/ here. please don't do this. Don't ruin us like how Sup Forums is ruined.

IIRC, they don't need to sleep.

The only thing the Mountain has is his size and even by the most conservative standards he would still be in the smallest percentile of Marines by his size alone.

I know he's undead but it would be relatively trivial for a marine to dismember barehandedly.

Space Marines generally select the from the best warriors of a Feral World under stewardship of the chapter to be recruited as neophytes. Before they even get the organs implanted they will likely have genius level intellect and greater skill with weapons than 99% of an entire world.

This is what a Black Templars neophyte looks like.

spess morins never sleep

/tg/ has been shit for the last 5-6 years

yes but it's not ruined completely like Sup Forums is.

It's more like they're never unconscious when resting.

No, mang.

Not even the entirety of the Westeros Knights can take on a single Space Marine in full battle armor.

Even a naked Space Marine could kill all of Dany's Dragons no problem.

They routinely face things that make entire worlds turn batshit crazy. Some oversized geckos and people with pointy things aren't going to bother the emprah's finest.

i beg to differ

/tg/ here, it's true

Also the only things in GoT universe that can kill a SM is the green fire and dragon fire but only because it would make them vulnerable, not kill them outright.

That's only a single chapter's strategy for recruiting space marines. Some chapters recruit random criminals from hiveworlds for instance. Not all space marines are alike.

Yet we can safely say they all adhere to the Codex Astartes in one form or another which does make them similar.

>The answer is still no. The marine would be hurt bad, wounded severely at worst.

Marine would just swipe once and it's over.

They still go through the same process where 1/100 survives. So only the strongest and hardiest.

>Laughing Space Wolves.jpg

at least they got rid of quests

Yep. Even if they make it through the selection process most die during the gene seed part.

An Cadian veteran would be more than enough to kill Gregor.

>codex astartes
The fuck dude you just mentioned the black Templars. They are well known for NOT following the codex.

Not as heretical as DA thankfully.

This to be honest.

The naked marine would still be fighting a guy with a sword, ranges would factor, so would terrain. The naked marine would win, but not necessarily unscathed.

Firstly I didn't mention the BT and secondly reread what I said "in one form or another". I never said every chapter is a brown nosers like the ultrasmurfs

>DA
>Heretical
Brah, don't believe that Cypher dude. We were always loyal... Honest.

what in westeros can defeat a legionnaire?

Is this not your post?

If by "one form" you mean REJECTED UTTERLY, sure.

Nope only the codex reply

Time Travelling Bran convincing him to reject Horus?

Maybe I'm confusing the codex to the IGs handbook

Nothing in GoT could break the skin of an unarmoured space marine

In any case, space wolves don't follow the codex in any way shape or form...

Legion of the Dead aren't heretics!
REEEEEEEEEEEEEE-

>Confusing Legion of the Damned for Black Legion
My bad...

Time Travelling Bran finds the Rainbow Warriors Primrch?

Possibly a faceless man, if Jaqen H'ghar is anything to go by

they are not part of the chaos legion
they are legion of the damned
basically space marines who got exposed to the warp and got turned into ghost/terminator/zombies who decided that it would be better if they continued to fight for the emprah instead of killing themselves
they are seen as a necessary evil that only appear during losing battles where all hope is lost

>"Of all the legends of the Imperium, one of the strangest is that of the Legion of the Damned. For those who know where to look, there are many corroborated accounts of these otherworldly warriors, their unexpected appearances upon a desperate battlefield, and their sudden and inexplicable disappearance at the battle's end."

Nah, Legion of The Damned are immortal space marine ghost riders.

Like Doomrider

Absolutely not a chance. Spess Muhranes are mary sue bullshit.

Eldar are.

probably, yes.

Like I said No Slaanesh or Cocaine. Not sure if they're even allowed bikes these days.

and Grey Knights

I play GK. Can confirm we are sues. I like it that way

Clueless.

And Dark Eldar.
>hurr commorah is invincible durr

I hate the DE beyond words.

You'd better field mecha baby bouncers.
Though converted right they can look badass

all races of w40k are mary sues
the orks literally have a shaman that can turn enemies into squigs

The Imperial Guard.
Just men with flashlights.

SoB aren't mary sue.

yeah mine are converted
