We all agree this is the greatest King Crimson album, right?

We all agree this is the greatest King Crimson album, right?

No, some of us are faggots.

no

I'm pretty sure the ranking goes like this:
1. Court
2. Red
3. Larks
4. Discipline

It's not a bad album, despite being new wave-y shit

>new wave-y shit

Its Talking Heads but more proggy, my man

I don't disagree. So how is it shit? It's almost like the natural progression you would expect in new wave after Remain in Light (if that record were more popular).

I didn't mean shit in a shitty way. It was a filler word.

1. THRAK
2. BRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAPPPPPPPPP

no its
1. Court
2. Discipline
3. Larks
POWERGAP
4. Red
no, the song "Starless" doesn't make the album an automatic #2, sorry plebs

Right about Red, but send Discipline over the power gap. LTIA is the greatest, but I can understand if people feel a more immediate connection with ITCOTCK

I'm not sure if I like ITCOTCK better than Larks but I give it and Discipline the nod because of what they did, then again Discipline was pretty groundbreaking too, I like Larks better than Discipline fyi

Gotcha.

Starless isn't the only great song on Red, though.

It isnt the greatest King Crimson album, but it is the greatest album in existance
It doesnt make a lot of sense, but it is true

Are you implying In The Court transcends existence?

The jam at the end of Moinchild certainly transcends my patience.

Jk, love that track.

it's a decent talking heads cover album

1. Larks
2. Red
3. Discipline
4. Court

this is shitty talking heads

>not even posting the best version of the album cover

>mfw people say that Discipline isn't their best

If any of you haven't watched King Crimson live DVDs, I'd recommend Radical Action to Unseat the Hold of Monkey Mind. Starless and Red versions are ridiculous here. And Fripp's tone on this DVD is arguably one of the best he's achieved for his King Crimson project.
