There are actually a few all known sounds that can trigger chills, the place you will experience this the most is at the movies during the previews. Preview editors add it to "epic fantasy" previews when they feel that it will not do too well because people will think it's more interesting than it is.
One that comes to mind is that stupid owl movie called the guardians or something like that a few years back
