Worst fucking mistake is listening to this song when on the train and ending up having to hide you are BAWWWing alone.

Amazing taste satan. The ones I recognise are all great gonna check out all the ones I don't.

Drown Next to Me is from their 2012 album, it sounds nothing like their earlier stuff.
youtube.com/watch?v=gwMG59aokNU

If you dont recognize em, i doubt you will like them, my taste is weird as hell, thanks tho. Which ones did you recognize?

Mountain Goats, Modest Mouse, Nirvana and the Clash. You like one of the best Mountain Goat songs, so clearly good taste.
Magnolia Electric Co seem really nice so far.

I really hope this is bait

Im new here, looking to expand my taste a bit. The only memes ive really noticed are neutral milk hotel and death grips. didnt know the bands i listened to were memes, thanks for the info.

I meant the bands I like. I think NMH and My Bloody Valentine are big memes here?

Swans - Helpless Child
John Coltrane - Olé
King Crimson - Starless
GY!BE - East Hastings
Radiohead - Let Down
Elliott Smith - Angeles
Joanna Newsom - Anecdotes
Lisa Germano - ...A psychopath
Tim Buckley - Song to the siren
Gas - Untitled 7

I meant varied. A lot of the bands i listen to are not like the others, wasnt trying to brag just saying a lot of the bands i like are different from eachother.

Oh ok.

>J Nizzle

You're alright.

>All the music is interesting and good, though it kinda seems like the taste of an elitist person
>the post is calling someone else's music bland

Really activates my almonds.

Joy Division - Decades or New Dawn Fades
The Beach Boys - Wouldn't It Be Nice

good taste m8

It's a strange feel.

1 per artist:

Stevie Nicks - Moonlight (A Vampire's Dream)

from top to bottom 1-10

It's called being genuine, and being genuinely interested in music.

its a good feel

dang how'd you know

Yeah. I just hope everyone else here is doing that too. I'm going to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and say they are, we're anonymous after all. There are some nice lists here, really interesting collections.

What I mean is more, like with a lot of my songs, my second favourite song by a lot of these people would probably get more "interest", or I could drop the band who is famous around here for someone more obscure I love almost as much, y'know?

>we're anonymous after all

It's weird how human psychology works. The urge to get recognition is as strong as ever on here, maybe even stronger, than it is in the real world, from people with a face that know your face.

Yeah it's so weird. People just want to be noticed/liked, and stuff like this is something the kind of people that'd be in Sup Forums would really hold dear/identify as.

Big Black - Kerosene
The Gun Club - She's Like Heroin to Me
Christian Death - Romeo's Distress
Skinny Puppy - Tormentor
Coil - Amber Rain
Throbbing Gristle - Discipline
Dead Kennedys -California Über Alles

Weezer - My Name Is Jonas
The Clash - Lost in the Supermarket
Talking Heads - And She Was
the pillows - Last Dinosaur
Jellyfish - Joining a Fan Club

>The Beatles - Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End

Patrician. The Medley really starts earlier than that though, you're missing some of the best parts.

I would put the medley as a whole but the break makes me consider it two songs.

That said, You Never Give Me Your Money is one of their best songs and when its melody kicks back in Carry That Weight it just gets me every time.
