Why don't Americans make war movies anymore?

Why don't Americans make war movies anymore?

theres a shit ton of war movies each year

A war against sin?

A conquest of death?

The forgiving of mankind?

I can't recall the last time there was a widely advertised war movie with big battles and alpha maleness. Not counting movies about "muh ptsd".

A war against flightless birds?

why?

Because right now the fad is gay social justice movies and super hero movies

Do you think it will ever change again?

america hasn't won a war in generations

They don't have to they can just make more movies about WW2

Did you just imply America won WW2?

They were on the winning side but so was France

Well, it's not about if they won or not, that's what I mean, they can still make good movies about it. Some of the best war movies were about Vietnam.

War has changed

Hacksaw Ridge

r u a vetran?

Have you watched it?

Yes
in case you don't know it's directed by the guy who hates the jews alot and it's kinda boring at first but it gets good

don't need to make movies when we're involved in it literally every day

yeehaw

star WARS

Easter?

American Sniper

>muh psychology
It's all so tiresome

>I'll make the criteria more and more specific untill I'm right

Hacksaw Ridge

War never changes

Because today you need to represent niggers, gays, transgenders, womyn and every other "minority" in cinema. Imagine a war movie where main character is trans-racial genderfluid non-binary lesbian queer crossing enemy lines while xer gender and sexual orientation fluctuates every second. it's easer to fit all the degeneracy in other settings.

they do, but instead of writing manly soldier drama they write faggy sob stories nowadays
