As an Estonian I'm obliged to say just put it on everything, but personally I like it the most with marinated herring. Throw some red onions and a caper or two in and enjoy.

It's pretty difficult to find good mayonnaise as most of the stuff in stores isn't very good, but good mayonnaise is so much better than any ketchup known to man.

Mayonnaise works better with cold foods as well, IMO I can't imagine using ketchup on my sandwiches or any other quick cold snacks.
