I have a noise label where I release my own material and stuff people send me.
Recently Juntaro from the Gerogerigegege released the Gero tribute tape on my label as a CD on his own label Vis a Vis audio arts, so that's pretty neat.
Jamie Stewart from Xiu Xiu gave us a go ahead to publish some Xiu Xiu covers recently, physical copies of that will be up soon.

You asked for a review some time ago. HERE IT GOES!
I do really hate short songs that are way too short for doing anything to me. I'm a guy who likes nice 4 minute round acoustic tracks, you know? You are severely damage my notion of this. Mixing is poop but you know that already so heads up for that. I find these tracks to be ONLY pretty okay which doesn't mean much in a market which is saturated with those kinds of bedroom-made tracks (on BC there are at least hundreds if not thousands of people like you doing same, worse or better). And I kinda feel like after listening to it I generally can't really catch a single moment I was like "wow.". It feels like a medium-cooked steak which is too small to be enjoyed yet you don't want another one after the first.
Things to keep in mind: mixing, mastering, longer, more cohesive tracks, making a hook that sticks with you for a while, better cover art (I don't like any of your covers at all, sorry)

Oh and also fuck you for singing into your phone. It's literally the worst thing you can do.

NEW BLUE HOLE AAAAAA

tuamie.com/

>new wave hip hop beats
>heavy kicks

Too much compression, the space electronics are incredibly harsh, they sound like badly compressed mp3 at 8kbps
Lack of dynamics can easily kill psychedelic music, so don't make that mistake. Have a limiter on the master track, and take the volume of each track down (except the drums) a bit

rekah.bandcamp.com/

>blackened skramzgaze
>loud
>feels

also pls tell me what you think about the production

compression
when the drums kick in it's almost like the music gets more silent. That tells a lot. You should probably take the guitar and bass tracks down instead of compressing the whole thing
Otherwise it sounds good. Loud and noisy, a bit unpleasant on the mid-high frequencies, but great

we have new stuff coming soon. we promise

fuck the other user saying the cover sucks, I really like that cover
but your singing is too high pitched, it sounds like you're making fun of Daniel Johnston

>fuck the other user saying the cover sucks
Ouch. Opinions mate, don't judge me

Hey, I know.
I still believe it's a bad practice overall

you're being too harsh on someone who's not even the worst of what you usually find ITT
Take the vocal performance, it still sounds better than High Sunn, even though that guy is not completely unknown like us.

this has GREAT potential, it just needs better production thats all.

well bandcamp threads are usually full of shit like mine, but I agree its being too harsh with someone thats decent

touchgently.bandcamp.com

>electronic / deep house / lounge

He asked for a harsh review few threads ago. I delivered what are my honest opinions. How am I the bad guy here?

tobiaskresin.bandcamp.com/

> electronic,midi,videogames,progressive,pop

I'd have to side with you, he asked for criticism and you gave it. Plus, you were fairly constructive in your feedback, and it was clearly thought out.

Agree with the previous statements - compression is really killing this

I usually don't like these kind of vocals. But for some reason i like these, it sounds great man. Looking forward to the album. Though I agreewith this guy about the production.

Actually, it's fucking incredible. Legit one of the best tracks I've heard from 2017. Like only just behind some Xiu Xiu and Foxygen, and I've enjoyed quite a few albums from 2017.

>scrugley.bandcamp.com/album/narcotic-euphoria
its fucking great, you should do an EP with more tracks like Narcotica! minimalistic but catchy! gonna check more of your stuff tonight!
