At least Trump is okay with major changes in the education system. Ignorance is at an all time high. Over 40% of registered voters didn't vote and most who did were probably not as informed as they could be. Let's change that.

Here this is for you. Special interests control everything in a capitalist democracy. Only about 10% of any party has any actual pull/control. Those are the people with the money and will to gain power for their in-group friendo.

A citizen has access to free education throught his life and no voice whatsoever in matters that do not concern his expertise.

An advanced form of this government would be to make away with the higher gov part and a comitee of super-intelligent Technocrats would hold power - each an expert in his field.
