Or

Well you should start your own thread OP, dont you think?

I recently discovered a movie called "clockwork orange", almost nobody knows it and it's pretty underestimated. And Avatar.

You seri, bruh?
You fucking seri?

This has to be one

...

...

The Shining is a story that tells the tale of how Kubric filmed another of his hits about a Lunar mission.
You should check it out.

...

He turns into a SJW

I like to Imagine he went on quite the nigger killing rampage after the end

Wetlands (2013)

overrated piece of shit with a cult following of edgy young adults who feel rejected by society

See also: Fight club.

Fight club man.
Throwing in a FC edit i mad a few weeks ago.

You should read the boock too, tit's a really different history with other characters and another incredible ending!

Looper, Catch me if you can, Shutter island, the 100 year old man who climbed out the window and disappeared, Taxi driver

If you're referring to Clockwork I read it ithout realizing there was a glossary. Suprisingly my interpretation as pretty ball on accurate.
If you are referring to the Shining, it is very different but also not.

PROTIP:
Always read the book 1st

...

I meant to the shining movie, kubrick made the movie of the original novel, and I have to say they have plots really differens.

This..

I did the same thing user. Also, speaking of king, it wasn't until I read "IT" that I understand why they will never be able to make a movie that even comes close to the novel.

The Turtle Lives.

King was very disappointed in Kubrick's film. Even down to the actors chosen for the film.

I get what you're trying to say but both the joke and your taste are unfortunately irredeemably shite

Yeah, for example, wendy torrance should be a really beautiful blonde woman, and kubrick...

This is why I like both, they are like two differents stories, with a similar beginning, but with two completely different endings

...

I mean, I respect the hell out of Kubrick, his attention to detail and symmetry is legend. The original shining stands alone if only because so many of us grew up with it, but you're absolutely right. The newer one had moments that were in the book that weren't in the original film, Wig the animal shaped hedges coming alive and what not. Even king has said that jack nicholson was a bad choice because it's hard to portray a person slowly losing his mind if you think he's insane to begin with. And Nicholson seems insane from the very beginning.

...

Representin'

Those moving animal hedges were some of the funniest things in that mini series.

I whole heartedly agree, but in the book, they were fucking terrifying.

...

The assassiantion of jesse james by the coward robert ford

The book is immensely great too.

Platoon
[insert pic here]

...

I actually haven't seen either movie. I want to though. I've seen Misery, which is one of my favorite movies.

good movie... better than most of the dumb shit in this thread

Starship Troopers (if it is your type of humor this movie is amazing)

Trolls 2 and The Room are two of the funniest low budget movies ever

Man on Fire and Gladiator for revenge movies

The Departed, 10 cloverfield lane, it follows, the original jurassic park come to mind as really good movies as well

Most "100 best movies" lists or whatever are filled with shit

apocalypse now

yeah man, like i said, best movie.

imdb.com/title/tt4207094/

Falling down was a fucking mint movie.

Shame it's so underappreciated by people of my age.

Office space just needs to be out there more.

5/10 as only half the movie is good.

As soon as Pyle offs himself, you can promptly shut it off and not miss anything.

Whitnail & I
Ghost Dog: The Way Of The Samurai
The Shining

my three all time favorites

starring jack chan
lol what a shit

It is, and its underrated as fuck.

Starship troopers is hilarious.

Never seen trolls 2 or the room

Didn't like man on fire, gladiator was good though. The departed, 10 cloverfield lane and its blood relative Cloverfield are great films, and It Follows is probably my favorite modern horror film to date, beaten only by The Witch, which is a goddamn masterpiece.

...

I thought the opposite, actually, the first half was pleb and mainstrean

Looking at this one top 100 ranking website now here are a few that jump out..

The first Godfather was okay but not a top 100 and the others were just shit

I will never understand why anyone likes Pulp Fiction, The Big Lebowski

The Matrix was mediocre / shit / shit

Inception was for idiots and full of fake science/plot holes for days

Jaws was shit

Rocky was cringey

Kill Bill was horrible

And then you have a ton of picks on the top 100 like Citizen Kane, To Kill A Mockingbird, V for Vendetta that I would rather smash my dick with a hammer than have to sit through again

...

...

...

Love me some blomkamp, District 9 was one of the most original and best looking films I've seen. It was done flawlessly.

I loved Chappie as well.

Office Space - 10/10

...

...

+1.

I REALLY liked that movie. Watched it twice.

>god tier

That movie sucks dick. Why do people give a shit about this weird rape movie.

Well thats just like ...uhh... your opinion... you know??

b8

my favourite movie

>missed the point of the whole goddamn film.

it's shit.

Inception and the Matrix I agree with. Everything else I respectively disagree.

Anything by Sergio Leone and Ennio Morricone.

It's not a joke, you lazy horseshit.

...

No. It's an excellent film, and you know it.

What's "shit" is your reply.

And yes, I imagine I was just baited.

Outstanding movie.

Lol, thank you for understanding.
I'm a fan of almost all of Kubrick's work too.
Love to see people get butt-hurt by insulting Clockwork.

...

Ebola Zombies has much better plot and you know it

Yes!

i love the idea of a violent psychopath drinking MILK laced with stimulants or whatever. that kills me every time.

kek

Couldn't sit through Amelie.

oh yus, total classic

Refusing your bait, kind sir.

Labyrinth.
