I use pic related, I've used some wireless bluetooth buds but I've never been happy with the sound quality. It is convenient for things like mowing the lawn and laundry, mopping, ect. so I'll use them but never quite live up to wired.

The soundquality should be able to be the same on a wireless headset as on a wired. Bluetooth sends out a 2.5hz signal so it should be able to output fairly high bitrates.

Cordless phones, wireless mice, keyboards, Wi-Fi signals, or even microwaves use the same frequency spectrum so there's a possibility of interference/drop. Slight, but depending on proximity it could cause some drop. It's still just not anywhere near a cable.
