So Appalled is easily the weakest track, Nicki Minaj's verse on Monster isn't even that good, Blame Game would be an excellent song if it wasn't for that Chris Rock skit at the end I feel like that should of been a separate track/skit. Album for me is a 8/10 at best i like it but it honestly gets too much credit when better hip hop albums have come out before and after it

To Pimp a Butterfly, easily. Kanye has better production but TPAB has far better lyricism and themes.

TPAB is a much more lyrical and meaningful album. TPAB has a place in the current society we live in, while any song on MBDTF doesn't match any song on TPAB. Listening wise, MBDTF is better, but overall TPAB is one of the best albums ever made.

Kendrick, maybe. It has more of an ambitious structure and I prefer its sound a bit more.

Loveless has better production, but it's songwriting is too simplistic and repetitive for me. Drake is one of my favorite songwriters, so Pink Moon wins, easily.

s/t. Strange Days' production is way too watery and dated.

The group dynamic and kung-fu aethetic make 36 Chambers a little more interesting than Illmatic.
