I was helping demolish an old office for a factory and accidentally kicked a bunch of metal. It started changing color and was ready to fall off a day later. I kinda had to force it off. I drew the eyes because I thought it was funny. My toenail has never looked the same.

Its an old injury now. Probably been a few years. I've lost plenty of finger/toe nails throughout my life and haven't seen a doctor. Nothing they could really do.
