Its good, the driver dies because he wanted to settle the debt of his crushes husband who just came out of prison. What a cuck he didn't even fuck her

Autism overload.

It's a single mother's wet dream.

Such cuckoldry would be a lot less unbearable if the woman didn't look like a pasty thin-lipped boy.

It's good, I like the whole idea that he's this type of immortal "hero" stereotype almost like it's a curse

>mfw my bitches beta orbiter agrees to settle a debt for me

essential toothpickcore

10/10

The original Sup ForumsKino

Did he died at the end?
He seemed to be driving around just fine

That was his view of heaven. He's dead

Its a film about Sup Forums tier autists and how their life is shit no matter what they try. Lesson here is not try and just keep on doing the autist shit youve been doing for so long.

he doesn't die you autists
>b-but muh subjective view of heaven
there's literally no support for this
he doesn't die in the novel and there's no reason to believe he did in the film either

Spoilersl that you autisic fuck

Actually, a stab to the abdominem would almost certainly kill you if you don't get medical treatment. There's no way the Driver would've survived, unless he drove off to a hospital. Then he might've lived, but I doubt it.

>he didn't even fuck her

False. That sequence where they're driving together and she puts her hand on top of his hand on top of the stick shift was supposed to symbolize sex.

>Its a film about Sup Forums tier autists

Maybe if you treat it as an extremely cynical attempt to set 'em telling themselves their condition's glamorous instead of shitty.

Are there any other neo 80s movies or is this it

Kavinsky can't die. Haven't any of you seen the music video?

Instant classic

9/10

What about the guy who pulled the buckshot out of his arm after the hotel?

One of the best movies ever.

Source: your ass

It's fine for one watch, thank god there's a bit of action in it. A bit boring over all

>All the cucks ITT who thought Driver died

Bad news Friendo's:

It's good but a women could never understand it

The Guest

>there is something about you
>it's hard to explain
Would watch again
Make sure to check out Only God Forgives as well if you like it.

>he didnt even fuck her

it was implied the entire time that they had been dating for weeks before her husband came back
a lot of the scenes imply that they were more intimate
you dont need to see a sex scene to confirm a couple having sex

The best film to come out in the past 10 years

that guy's got it. Doc is a perspective character in the book and it's suggested he assists the Driver after the climax.

But Only God Forgives isn't really anything like it. If anything you'll have a worse time watching Only God Forgives if you expect it to be Drive 2.0.

It's the greatest movie ever.

OBJECTIVE REFN RATINGS

OGF > ND > Drve > VHR > BRNSN > PUSHER SERIES

lost river is a better drive 2.0 than only god forgive

The Driver is better.

I watched Drive and Only God Forgives back to back and loved them both

Is drive ok to watch with my 17yo sister and 11yo brother?never seen it

They will probably spend the entire intro sequence texting, and when Gosling puts on the ball cap they'll ask you what had happened.

>17yo sister
Yeah, if she's fairly mature and doesn't mind a slow-moving film
>11yo brother
Probably not, I'd imagine he'd get bored and not really care for the characters, especially given none of them talk much.

they'll probably be bored by it.

Kung fury
Ping pong summer

Honestly, they probably won't like it. Unless they have great taste which is unlikely. I don't know anyone in real life that liked it.
They will probably be bored.

it's ok

protip: dont watch anything with females

They can't appreciate anything in the same way men do.

They WILL spend the whole film texting in between scenes, completely ruining your immersion.
