youtube.com/watch?v=L3zJ15bC19I

agreed

The music was insane back then. It was fun to play multiplayer

this game was great! everything was so fast paced

64 sucked compared to the main series tho

...

Best game soundtrack ever? Got me into drum 7 bass

I still play Wipeout because its fun just to sit back alone with a 24 pack of beers because of its hellish turns and speed-- anything less and I'd settle for some mario kart.
Shit is still cash regardless, especially the challenges.

Trips confirm, fuckin bumpin bang on right now.. shit takes me back, man. Ya wouldn't believe it lmao

Everyone I've shown this to doesn't know about it, but my brother and I played the shit out of this game.

This especially weird title, 3d platformers - like what the hell, eh?

"Plot in videogames is like plot in porn, It's expected to be there, but it's not that important."

Mah nigga

There was a racing game back ehen blockbuster used to be a thing, (help would be great) it was either a Nascar game or the F-1 racing game..
Only rented it for the announcer to say "Oh there goes a tire" repeatedly when you lose a tire driving against the circuit walls lol

One of the best games ever

was that nascar game for ps1? sounds familiar

en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low_G_Man:_The_Low_Gravity_Man

Love this game. I still dust it off from time to time so that I can get killed by robots.

Infantry Online. This is a game that honestly should've been a household name. It was so fucking fun, the classes were so balanced and fun to play. It just didn't get enough attention from Sony because it was isometric at a time when 3D graphics were in full swing. But what this game lacked in graphics it more than made up for in gameplay. One of my favorites ever. Planetscape was a spiritual successor but it'll never be replicated.

...

IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THE NAME OF THIS FOR FOREVER THANK YOU

Bought this shit to play on the vita, good times

I know it was for the n64 but it might have very well been. But then again, all i know is that the announcer was cheesy as fuck.
Only few games I played for the ps1 was crash and twisted metal, totally rocked the ice cream truck.

Crash nitro racing was fun as hell for the gamecube though

Holy fuck literally only just talked to a Workmate about WIPEOUT today for the first time in years.

I remember that game being super fun, didn't own it but rented a couple times. Racing games are my least favorite genre but this one stands out for sure.

As a huge RPG fan I find this statement sacrelogious.

yep

don't mind the casual gamer who's never seen raziel thrown into the abyss

I remember that game, good shit

Ahh yeah I remember Wipeout. Spent countless hours on my n64 as a kid. Loved zelda ocarina of time and majoras mask but conkers bad fur day was a true jem.

Shenmue

RPGs aren't real videogames. They're pen and paper games clumsily ported to other platforms. They're basically the same thing as the sega saturn version of doom.

Played this alot never was good at it though

Always had a fresh copy of CFD but just as much as it was a fresh copy, the connectors wouldn't connect and thus couldn't play it lmao

One of the games I still do have since I was young was pokemon puzzle league. Needless to say, I'm professional at it but I still prefer Tetris Atttack

m.youtube.com/watch?v=J9ITDwPBW0U

Found the sound clip, still got no idea of which game it is..
Traded this game for Glover and still regret it to this day..

ok so there was this game i used to play when i was little being a 9ps kids it was a scholastic pc game aboit this little girl and her friend and her imaginary friend(?) and they had to fight her brother who in her mind was this evil bowling darth vader esque sci fi villian and he stole her moms pearls so to get them back she created this whole elaborate imaginary adventure in space and it was so fucking fun and ive been wanting to replay it but i cant for the life of me remember the name help Sup Forums?

3 Ninjas kick back.

Love the film.
Love the game.

Hard as hell though.

youtu.be/CyBY6UZqKr4

I still have this. Play it every now and then

...

This game was hard as shit

...

The damn intro song

the wipeout series turned to shit after the ps2 one wipeout 3 special edition is fucking perfection.
check out ballisticNG on steam, its a free wipeout clone and is brety gud

dude...punctuation

Will do, captain!

Fucking rights. Do yourself a favour and check out the start theme on youtube and put on automatic captions. Its pretty lulzworthy

Loved this game for about 25 years. Probably overall my fave game ever. Still never completed it on hard.

This shit was the best when i was a kid

i was too poor for a PC or amiga, so snes version had to do. it was pretty damn good considering the limitations

youtube.com/watch?v=yyqE7QNV3iU

rumour is that this started life as a transformers game but there was a licensing fuckup

The music for that is actually kind of fuckin great

heres some great music from the worst game ever made

Was the n64 and ps1 era the gold stadard for good mainstream and good obscure games?

Didn't care enouth for the main part, inly really played for the puzzles, was mostly a puzzle kind of kid.
Sure it was fun but my brother and I could play together for hours and solving the puzzles together

Best Nintendo game ever

Its not a large collection but i still have a nice selection of n64 games. Still play them every now and then. (1 of 2)

(2 of 2)

there are not enough arse based enemies in modern games

Dragon Warrior Monsters on the Gameboy.

There's a great remake on 3DS but it's Japan only

Nice. I collect. 64 is always a good time. PS1 will always have way more stuff but people who sleep on 64 just baffle. Why miss out

Idfk, it was the lesser known and less borrowed game out of my friends and all that.

Had a Not for Resale Yoshi's story and the holographic Majora's Mask ( from blockbuster lol) if I knew how much it was gonna be nowadays, I'd sure as hell would've kept them. Even rented Sculptor's Cut too at one point...

I still do to this day

Oooooh shit dragon warrior monsters was my shit. I still have the cartridge and play it

My dad and I would take turns playing this game. Some of my best gaming memories.

Holy shit, I didn't think anyone else ever played it.

I remember this. Dat trance doe.

Man, my dad and I would play Army Men Sarge's Heroes together, nowadays it's just my mum and dc I playing Mario Kart 64 when we're drunk enough just for laughs.
Those days are long gone but hey, I still can do mario kart with her when we're good enough lok I feel ya brother

Time to get moving

...

This.

Don't mind the errors, its another 24 beer night here. Im just slightly drunk lmao

Played this on a 486...

Alcohol plays a big role in your life doesn't it

Yeah, good stuff.

I've been waiting for ever for a localization. I don't really care for Pokemon anymore but I'd play the shit out of the remake

I've heard there's a fan translation so maybe I'll get a flash cart or emulate it one day

Great game

Still got my original N64 here too and does it ever take me back. The games are still long gone but the system stayed, no fucking doubt...

...

remember when konami were good? i member

Same system, same Super Mario 64, those have stayed even aside me selling my shit for drugs and shit, those two I will never sell; nowadays I only drink beers and hell am I ever proud to keep them teo together as a launch release..

Every now and then i go to a flea market to increase my collection. You can usually find a guy who has no idea the gems that he has and is selling em for like 2 bucks

>find out this sells for stupid money on ebay
>too attached to sell it

Uniracers

yeah I played the hell out of it.

No fucking doubt, there's a flea market not even a few minutes away from where i live and will still make sure to check on them games..
My SO thinks I'm crazy for getting hyped up for "some lame-ass game" but when we get home she sees how happy I am haha

I got the 007 for about 6 bucks

I used to have wipeout on pc, for win 95
that game was the shit

donkey kong 64 and banjo kazooie+tooie, platforming at its finest

Fantastic game.

Scored 007 for 4$ CAD, person selling knew how I was pro with jaws, even with taking the half second just to aim downward with whoever especially against oddjob in multiplayer lol

Replying to

Winrar

...

this is the most relaxing peaceful and yet entertaining game i ever played as a kid

the story was good too

Meh, fuck it haha.

Used to play Charlie Blasts, fun puzzling game; could never compkete it. Being that I w I uld lose the password sheet or either ragequit.
