You're gonna have to pay for a VPN if you want one, I'm afraid. There's just no other good solution out there yet, what happens when you use these free VPN and proxies is they make your network a node for others to use, so your bandwidth and indeed everybody with that feature on is paying for this, you're all putting up your network free to use for others.
Also they log your data, so there's that. A VPN without true privacy is like, what's the point then...
