It's a rare shirt from a classic album user, they dont make it anymore. You can find a knockout mollusk shirt on redbubble and sometimes ebay but they're cheap and not official merch from the 1997 tour.

I wouldn't pay that unless it was signed. Maybe if it was vintage (90's is not vintage) it would be somewhat understandable. Just a random used shirt with their album cover on it doesn't seem like anything special though.
