I hate how most herm art has ridiculous proportions. Even horsecocks are ridiculously huge.

give me more cummies

>spurting out two forms of milk at the same time
YES

...

Artists giving people what they want...

Yeah in furry I prefer realistic proportions and correct dicks. But its a difficult balance between style and quality

I know, but I still hate it.

Im mainly lurkin' bro. Just trying to keep the thread alive.

...

...

...

gentlemen, i present to you the hottest shit i have ever seen regarding herms, this is like the ultimate fantasy for me

If it wasn't supposed to be pornographic I'd agree. But since it is of course they're going to go for what sells best.

...

I'm done, cba to deal with the captchas.

My girl Ghouly has all the right proportions ;)

...

...

Yes, yes she does.
I kinda want to get a herm/intersex/whatever character, but then I feel like I'd basically *have* to only get porn of her.

...

...

Meh. I mean i have lots of her, but plenty of others, just my "ideal" character.

...

Ew

Get that straight shit outta here!

how exactly would one "get" a character? I assume like a Fursona, right? is there some sort of intellectual property record, like a patent for them? I've always wondered how do people who "own" Fursonas or characters protect them against others drawing scenes depisting "their" characters

Something something copyright. something something pointless lawsuit

Oh, well as for getting one you either draw a reference sheet yourself, buy a premade one, or commission an artist to make you one. That's really the extent of it. It's just pretty much understood that you don't draw someone else's character without permission and you will get banned from sites like FA if you do. But I doubt anyone is really going to challenge it in court.

so you'd draw, or get someone to draw, something like this, and from that moment on that character becomes your intellectual property, right? So i would assume the first thing you'd need to do is post it on a site like FA and that character would be technically belonging to that FA account from that moment on, right? After that if someone takes you pic and posts it somewhere else you can check the post time on FA to determine which came first I assume. It just seems weird to me to be able to own basically an imaginary character like intellectual property without any kind of official patent.

...

I'm not a lawyer, but do you really need to register something like that? Or can't it be implicit? But again, it's not really something that's going to go to court.

...

I ain't happy.
I'm feeling glad.

I got sunshine.
In a bag.

Patents are country specific anyway. An artist living in China or Malaysia is not restricted in any way by American IP laws. Even registering in every major country for hundreds of thousands of dollars won't stop some NEET from Kyrgyzstan selling cheap knockoffs on Deviantart
