If you used to be that way, it's easier to get back into it versus starting from scratch. If you're comfortable with dieting, you'll see quick results to go along with the lifting. There's plenty of ways to get around not having a gym membership and/or money.

That sucks, but at least now you can get back into it before the muscle memory is completely gone. I stick to lifting in the garage since a gym membership wouldn't serve me very well.
