Work out as much as you want to. Dedication is key, and to think that you can ever find instant results is only setup for failure. It takes times, but it pays off to be healthy. The benefits of being attractive, and the health issues you eliminate... Lectures aside, though. If you are serious about it, shoot for 2 hours a day. I do 3 days in a row, one rest day, 3 days in a row. So on, and that is the cycle. The first day, I will do back, and biceps. The second day, I will do shoulders, and legs. The third day will be chest, and triceps. You can find apps really easy to find out what workouts will be good for the corresponding days. Just be smart and use your brain. Bring pen and paper with you, and write down everything that you do so that you can track your progress. But, working out is honestly the easy part of being fit and healthy. Eating is your most important thing, and I can't stress enough how healthy breakfast is for anybody. It kick starts your metabolism and will literally work for burning fat through out the day. Just stick to something light. I eat a protein bar (clif builder), cup of Greek yogurt (oikos black), glass of milk, and an everyday multivitamin with a fish oil tablet. That's tons of protein and carbs to get you energized and into the gym.
