There is a lot of different types of bread in Europe. Made of different types of grain, mixed with nuts, seeds, baked with cabbage, kale etc. Bread can be an important part of a meal, not just avehicle for meat and eags. There must be some good bakeries in US, not just white toast bread from Walmart.
