The real trick becomes how to find a reputable suit maker that knows how to a) make a suit in the first place (not an easy task by any means) and b) wire electronics (usually sewing and EE don't go hand-in-hand).

That's a lot of coordination for a suit. Ideally, you'll want a suit made entirely by one person, then sent to you. Getting a third party involved to do electronics? That's just asking for a jack up in the price.

Might also be nice to incorporate cameras in the eyes and a VR headset inside the headpiece to restore visibility, albeit at the cost of some latency and will have serious time limits if you're running on battery.
A PC usually has a few dozen if not hundred different companies responsible for every little component inside.
I don't think Intel makes capacitors that go into power supplies.
Because Intel doesn't have to care, they just focus on making the chipsets and CPUs.
