watching Man of Steel was an experience
I hate that whooshing noise they use in the closeups, it's the most generic stock sound ever
I actually liked this movie
This movie isn't inspiring at all. Bad acting and bad score are the culprits.
Are you gaaaay?

cringe
zack a shit
I can keep this up all day.
Meme scene. Constipation face, boring score, bad CGI.
Here's what it looks like when it's done right.

Also GOAT scene with a lot of suspense and genuine emotional acting.
>"le superman returns was good meme"
Bryan Singer tried to emulate Christopher Reeve Superman and failed miserably.
>boring score
Now I know you're baiting.
While most of MoS is a bit of a jumbled mess, there's nothing in Marvel that comes close to the feels felt while he's overcoming the gravity hammer thing.
I swear to god they imposed Reeves' face on his just for a moment. I almost cried as a man who grew up watching the original Superman films.
Do you mean "I can do this all day"?
>Meme scene
>Posts the most meme Superman ever
Without that AMAZING original superman theme tune, that whole film was a boring mess of Singer faggotry.
>le MOS is good meme
Bad acting and no soul in it.
>any opinion I don't agree with is bait meme
Good one.
>Great acting is boring
>A bunch of memorable, diverse supporting characters
>Boring
The entire score for that movie is great. Look it up.
If you can't see Singer is a better filmic craftsman than Hack Snyder could ever dream of being, you're a pleb.
>putting a kid in front of a screen since he is a toddler.
>to watch capeshit, nonetheless
this parents are ruining their kids lives.
I guarantee the 78 film would have blown his mind way harder than this gloomy mess.
The problem with Marvel movies is there is no weight to any actions, kinda like the feel you get from playing a musou game.
I'd agree, but the kid will have been exposed to a lot of modern media that would've shredded his attention span. I can't picture a toddler sitting through the Krypton and Smallville portions of that movie and that's like the first 40 mins.
Sadly DC movies have the same problem now.
>The problem with Marvel movies is there is no weight to any actions
shut upppppp
That's true, but I don't get why the kid would like MOS either. Superman: The Movie is fake boring (the acting is great, most things about it are great, it has a lot of soul but the kids now would say there isn't enough action) whereas MOS is actually boring.
>now
they've kinda had that problem since TDKR. Hell, they even TDK had that problem, but recognized it, and used it as a plot device.
>I don't get why the kid would like MOS either
>MOS is actually boring
You got me there.
Still weightless.
Let me show you how it's done

>All those cuts
Russo Brothers are fucking garbage.
>thinking this is good
It looks like a videogame.
But wasn't the hurricane scene like hundreds of times better?
Man of steel was mediocre, but trailer 3 was amazing. This is a general theme with Znyder, see 300.
It's better than any fight scene in any Marvel film though.
lmao is this a movie or am I playing the arkham video games? How does he manage to make this look fake when most of it is real? Is it possible to fail that hard?
I'm starting to think "mos trailers were great" is a meme. That trailer relies on Jor-El's words to make it inspiring and memorable, but Russell Crowe blew ass as Jor-El. When you have to follow in the footsteps of based Brando you'd better make it damn good. It doesn't have to match him (that would be an unrealistic expectation) but for christ's sake make it good at least.
The First Avenger
When Cap goes on his PSO show.
